This is your chance to take advantage of the opportunity to visit Latimer and participate in the Latimer OA Work Crew Experience.

The weekend of October 19 to October 21, we have scheduled a Latimer OA Work Crew weekend for any OA Lodge member.

 

Plan on arriving on Friday, 10/19, between 6 PM and 9 PM.  We will complete our weekend by 11:30 AM on Sunday, 10/21.

 

The cost per individual is $15.  This covers the following meals; Friday Evening cracker barrel, Saturday breakfast, lunch, and dinner, Sunday breakfast.  We have also made a special t-shirt for the Latimer Work Crew 2012 for $10.00 (sizes S through 3XL)  Total of $25.00 with t-shirt order

You will need to bring the following:

 

$15.00 for food

$10.00 for t-shirt (optional)

Youth and adults will need to bring a copy of your medical form – follow BSA rules

 

Boots – tennis shoes or casual shoes are not allowed

Work Gloves

Work clothes

Extra clothes for return trip home

Personal Toiletry items

Water bottle

Personal first aid kits

Any medication you need

Camping gear

Tent City will be available or you can bring your own tent

The tentative schedule for the weekend:

 

Friday, 10/19 –

Please eat dinner before you arrive Friday evening

Arrive at Latimer between 6 PM and 9 PM

Cracker barrel and training 9 PM – 10:30 PM

 

Saturday, 10/20 –

6:30 AM – Breakfast

7:30 AM – 11:30 AM – Crew work

11:45 AM – 12:30 PM – Lunch

12:30 PM – 5:30 PM – Crew work

6:30 PM – Dinner

 

Sunday, 10/21 –

7AM – Breakfast

7:45 – Religious Devotional

8AM – 11 AM – Crew work

11:30 AM – Depart
