100th Anniversary Celebrations

BSA Troop 108

On Sat July 14 the Cookeville museum will open it’s doors to Scouting of Troop 108. This event be kicked off by dedicating a tree at Dog Wood Park (DWP) for the 100th Anniversary with the United Methodist Men’s (UMM) club and Troop 108. Ceremony with T-108 scouts presenting the American flag, Troop flag to start at 1 pm with very short program when a plaque is unveiled, Scouts in full class A uniforms are requested to be at DWP 1230 pm. Immediately following this, all are invited to view T-108 and scouting in the Upper Cumberland at the Cookeville Museum.

On Sat August 4, the 100 Anniversary Banquet will be held at FUMC CLC starting at 6 pm. Strouds BBQ and special cake will be provided. Special guest and past T-108 scouts will be in attendance.
