If any packs or troops would happen to have water coolers or shade /rain canopies that we could borrow for day camp June 4th through 8th, we would definitely appreciate it.  Please email or call me if this is the case so that we can arrange pickup.

Also, we just got clearance from Happy Haven to hold a preparation event on Sunday June 3rd from 3:00pm to 6:00pm.  During this time, we will have T-Shirts available for pickup for any campers or staff who preregistered.  We can also take health forms from any campers or staff at this time.  You can download a copy of the form here: http://www.scouting.org/filestore/HealthSafety/pdf/parts_ab.pdf
(Note that we will need both sides filled out and a copy of health
insurance cards as stated on the health form.)  Please also list on
the health form any allergies or aversions (especially to foods, such as peanut butter).  We can also take any remaining money at this time for camp fees.

We will also offer some training and orientation for staff starting at 4pm During the event.  If any staff have training certification cards for CPR, shooting sports, or anything like that, this would be a great time to give us a copy of those as well.
