At the Upper Cumberland District Banquet (March 27 2012) there are several awards presented to adult leaders who make this district the outstanding district that it is. Two awards are very special, The Long Rifle Award and The Frank Bush Memorial Award. Frank Bush was active in this District in so many leadership ways. He was the Scoutmaster at Troop 156 and a friend and mentor to many. The The Frank Bush Memorial Award is a special award, attached are nomination forms ( Word and PDF) for this award.
