We have scheduled a Leaders meeting for the upcoming Cub ‘N Family and need a representative from each Pack to attend. The meeting will be at Cane Creek School Cafeteria at 7:00 Monday the 28th.

We will be discussing the specific needs for the campout and be there to answer any questions you might have. As part of camp each Pack will be responsible for an activity for the boys to participate in as well as hangy downy’s for each boy. If you already know of an activity your Pack will be doing, bring those ideas to the meeting.

I have attached the agenda and basic rules of the camp so you can distribute it to your Pack. Please encourage everyone to sign up as early as possible so we can arrange activities accordingly. Two of the activities for the campout will include BB Guns and Archery so make sure all the Scouts know… They Will Get to Shoot!!!!
